Designed for those seeking an in-depth introduction to scenario thinking. Through hands-on experience, learn how to craft scenarios and use them to inform your organization's strategic conversation and ongoing planning. Work through each step of the scenario process in interactive small group exercises: identifying the focal question, brainstorming key factors and environmental forces, interviewing, generating logics and storylines, developing and presenting compelling scenarios.
